What payment methods are available?
- We accept payments through Afterpay, Laybuy, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Mastercard and Visa
- We also accept Bank Transfer and Payment Plans too. Message us on Instagram to do so!
When can I expect my order to arrive?
- All orders are packed on the day of purchase and are ready to be delivered the next business day. Shipping generally takes between one to three business days although NZ Rural Deliveries can take an extra day or two!
- All of our orders are shipped with bubble wrap in a double box. Each order comes with a tracking number too!
- We are not liable for any damages that are caused whilst the item is in transit. Such issues will be brought up with the shipping company!
I need help with my size!
- Customers' size selection when ordering is ultimately up to them, however, we can assist! Feel free to send us a message on Instagram @sneakervault.nz or have a look at our sizing charts!
What is your returns policy?
- We do not provide refunds, but we strive to provide the highest quality of service. Please do not hesitate to contact us on Instagram if you have a problem or concern.
Are your products Genuine and Authentic?
- All of the products on our website are guaranteed to be authentic. We do not sell unauthorised or replica goods.
- Each item is thoroughly examined before being placed on the market, allowing us to verify that our items are 100% authentic and free of faults or damage.
- If a consumer proves that an item we sold is not authentic, we will issue a complete refund once the item is returned to us.
