Can I Return Or Exchange My Order?


We do not offer refunds or exchanges on the items we sell although an exemption may apply to any product that is sold with an unknown fault. 

Any product that is proven to be fake must be brought up to us within 7 days of receiving the item. We have the right to refuse Returns/Exchanges on any of the items we sell. But if we think the item's flaw/condition isn't up to our high standards we will deem the item returnable/refundable. 

Returns or Exchanges based on ordering the wrong size or change of mind are not considered a valid reason for a Return or Exchange and these will not be accepted.

Furthermore, any purchased item must remain brand new (or in the condition, it was sold as) for it to be valid for a return/exchange. More instructions will be sent via email once both parties have agreed to a return/exchange.

Each instance is dealt with on a “case by case” basis.
